I've reinstalled the game and windows but I load up bulk data every time I begin the client (the same bulk data!). Where does the bulk data go and why doesn't my client understand it's already downloaded it a million times before. What can be done...

15. I get this message when I can't log in - in Issues, Workarounds & Localization [original thread]
Just splash screen and nothing and the log says: ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND: [Errno 2] The system cannot find the file specified: 'SHGetFolderPath' What do I need to do to fix this?

I click the icon, my splash screen comes up and then nothing. It just disappears but it still shows up in the task manager. It used to work fine but I reinstalled windows and all the drivers so I don't get what's up, HELP!!!
